Store policies

Purchase policy

These terms cover buying from the Ultra Kingdoms Store. By placing an order you agree to them, along with our returns and refunds policy and privacy policy.

Made to order

Our merchandise is printed on demand by our production partner, Printify, and its network of print providers. Each item is made for you after you order, which is why we don't hold stock and why some returns work differently from a regular shop. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the printed product, and placement or sizing of a design can vary by a small amount between items.

Prices and currency

  • All prices are in US dollars (USD).
  • Shipping is calculated at checkout from our production partner's rates for your items and address, and is shown before you pay.
  • International orders may be charged customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are the buyer's responsibility.
  • We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you've already paid for.

Payment

We accept:

  • PayPal, including cards processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
  • Cryptocurrency (ETH, USDC or USDT) sent from your own wallet to the store wallet shown at checkout. The amount is fixed in the quote, which is valid for 15 minutes. Your order is confirmed once the transaction has the required confirmations on the blockchain. You are responsible for sending the exact amount on the correct network, and for any network (gas) fees. Payments sent on the wrong network, to the wrong address, or for less than the quoted amount may not be recoverable; contact us straight away if this happens and we'll do what we can.
  • Ultra Kingdoms gift cards, on their own or together with another payment method.

Order confirmation

You'll receive an email confirmation when your payment has gone through. We can cancel an order and refund it in full if an item can't be produced, if a price was clearly shown in error, or if we suspect fraud.

Production and shipping times

  • Production usually takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on the item.
  • Delivery time depends on the shipping method and destination. Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 8 business days within the United States and 7 to 20 business days internationally after production. Faster methods are offered at checkout where available.
  • We email you the carrier and tracking number when your order ships. You can also follow it from your account.
  • Please check your shipping address carefully. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

Changes and cancellations

Because production starts quickly, we can only change or cancel an order before it goes into production. Contact us as soon as possible through the order help form and we'll let you know whether it's still possible.

Gift cards

  • Gift cards are delivered by email with a unique redemption code, either to you or to the recipient you name.
  • They don't expire and can be used over several orders until the balance is spent.
  • They can't be exchanged for cash or used to buy other gift cards, except where the law requires otherwise. Treat the code like cash: anyone with the code can spend the balance.

Accounts

You can check out without an account. If you create one, keep your password private; you're responsible for activity on your account. We may close accounts used for fraud or abuse.

Intellectual property

Ultra Kingdoms names, logos, characters and artwork are owned by Ultra Kingdoms or its partners. Buying a product doesn't give you any right to reproduce the designs.
